Stahli machines and processes require state-of-the-art metrology in order to measure the ultimate flatness, surface finish, and size.

In turn, we offer the services of our LamTec Topos 100, Taylor Hobson Talysurf, and Zygo 3D profilometer. Precision 3D surface profiling can be essential for determining a surface’s suitability for its intended purpose. Component failures can often be traced back to a precision surface that was not manufactured to specification, either due to an improperly set up machine or use of a process not capable of repeatably producing the quality of surface needed.
